H Finned Tube Carbon Steel Coal Economizer Boiler Type Heat Exchanger Parts
Double H Finned Tube Specification
1. H Fin Tube is formed on both sides of the straight channel, can achieve good blowing effect.
2. The space is compact, the overall weight is reduced greatly, reduce cost; H type fin can flow space utilization effectively, keep the fin area and fin is larger than the thickness of the fin; can choose according to need any abrasion; fins are parallel to each other and independent, no effect of helix angle, which is convenient to ash.
3. "H" TYPE Finned tube can not only improve the windward side near the stagnation point speed, increase the axial purging, can increase the leeward surface reflux disturbance again. The velocity distribution characteristics make H finned tubes is not easy to dust.
Principle
1. H fin tube is a kind of boiler parts, to have two steel circular symmetry to be welded on fluorescent tubes to form fins positive shap much like letter "H", so called H-fin tube. H-economizer widely used in utility boilers, industrial boilers, marine power, such as the tail of heat exchanger components.
2. H-economizer two rectangular fin, similar to a square, its edge length for the fluorescent tubes of 2-fold, an expansion of the heating surface.
3. H-economizer flash resistance welding processes used, the welding seam after the high rate of fusion, weld tensile strength, and has good thermal conductivity. H-economizer can also manufacture dual tube "double H" type fin tubes, its rigid structure, and can be applied to a longer tube row occasion.
What are heat exchangers used for?
In power plants or engines, exhaust gases often contain heat that's heading uselessly away into the open air. That's a waste of energy and something a heat exchanger can certainly reduce (though not eliminate entirely—some heat is always going to be lost). The way to solve this problem is with heat exchangers positioned inside the exhaust tail pipes or smokestacks. As the hot exhaust gases drift upward, they brush past copper fins with water flowing through them. The water carries the heat away, back into the plant. There, it might be recycled directly, maybe warming the cold gases that feed into the engine or furnace, saving the energy that would otherwise be needed to heat them up. Or it could be put to some other good use, for example, heating an office near the smokestack.
