Product Introduction
HRSG boiler, as the name implies, refers to the boiler in which water is heated to a certain working fluid by using the waste heat in various industrial processes, waste heat in waste or waste liquid and the heat generated by the combustion of its combustible substances. Oil-fired boilers, gas-fired boilers and coal-fired boilers with smoke boxes and flue heat recovery can also be called waste heat boilers. Waste heat boilers can produce hot water or steam for use in other sections through waste heat recovery.
Working Principle
The combustion of fuel oil, gas and coal produces high-temperature flue gas to release heat. The high-temperature flue gas enters the furnace chamber first, then enters the waste heat recovery device in the front smoke box, then enters the pyrotechnical pipe, and finally enters the waste heat recovery device in the flue pipe of the rear smoke box. The high-temperature flue gas turns into low-temperature flue gas and is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.
Because the waste heat boiler greatly improves the utilization rate of the heat released by fuel combustion, this kind of boiler is very energy-saving.
