Product Introduction |
HRSG consists of boiler tube, movable smoke cover, furnace mouth flue, inclined 1 section flue, oblique 2 section flue, last 1 section flue, last 2 section flue, feeding pipe (feed slip) slot, oxygen gun mouth, nitrogen seal device and nitrogen seal plug, manhole, micro differential pressure extraction device. The support and hanger of the flue are composed of supports and hangers. The waste heat boiler is divided into six cycle circuits, each of which is composed of a falling pipe and a rising pipe. Each section of the flue water supply is introduced from the boiler tube to the lower header of each flue and enters the heating surface. After the water passes through the heating surface, steam is generated into the inlet header, and then the boiler is introduced into the boiler by the riser. Each flue is connected by flange. |
Classification |
HRSG is divided into oil waste heat boiler, gas waste heat boiler, coal combustion waste heat boiler and external medium waste heat boiler according to fuel. According to the use, it can be divided into waste heat hot water boiler, waste heat steam boiler, waste heat organic heat carrier boiler and so on. |

Working Principle |
- The combustion of fuel oil, gas and coal produces high-temperature flue gas to release heat. The high-temperature flue gas enters the furnace chamber first, then enters the waste heat recovery device in the front smoke box, then enters the pyrotechnical pipe, and finally enters the waste heat recovery device in the flue pipe of the rear smoke box.
- The high-temperature flue gas turns into low-temperature flue gas and is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.Because the waste heat boiler greatly improves the utilization rate of the heat released by fuel combustion, this kind of boiler is very energy-saving.
