High Efficient & Economic HRSG Heat Recovery Steam Generator Long Life
What is HRSG?
-
HRSG, as its name implies, refers to a boiler in which water is heated to a certain temperature by utilizing the waste heat of exhaust gas, waste material or waste liquid in various industrial processes and the heat generated by combustion of combustible substances.
-
The waste heat boilers can produce hot water or steam for other sections through waste heat recovery.
-
Oil-fired boilers, gas-fired boilers and coal-fired boilers with waste heat recovery from flue boxes and flue flues are also called waste heat boilers.
What are the characteristics of HRSG?
-
The high-temperature flue gas released from coal combustion is conveyed to the entrance of the waste heat boiler through the flue, and then flows through the heater, evaporator and economizer. Finally, it is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.
-
The temperature of flue gas is generally 150-180 C. The heat released from the temperature of flue gas drops from high temperature to the temperature of flue gas is used to make water steam.
-
The boiler feed water first enters the economizer, and the water absorbs heat in the economizer and warms up to a saturated temperature slightly below the drum pressure and enters the drum.
-
After the water entering the drum is mixed with the saturated water in the drum, it enters the evaporator along the downcomer below the drum to absorb heat and start to produce steam.
-
Usually only part of the water becomes vapor, so the vapor-water mixture flows in the evaporator.
-
The vapor-water mixture leaves the evaporator and enters the upper drum through the vapor-water separation equipment.
-
The water falls into the water space of the drum and enters the descending tube to absorb heat and produce steam.
-
The vapor enters the superheater from the upper part of the drum and absorbs heat to change the saturated vapor into superheated vapor. According to the three stages of steam production process, there are three heating surfaces, namely economizer, evaporator and superheater.
-
If superheated steam is not needed, only saturated steam is needed, superheater can not be installed. When there is reheating steam, a reheater can be added.
What is the working process of HRSG?
Fuel, gas and coal are burned to produce high-temperature flue gas to release heat. High-temperature flue gas enters the furnace first, then enters the waste heat recovery device of the front smoke box, then enters the pyrotechnic tube, and finally enters the waste heat recovery device of the back smoke box flue channel. High-temperature flue gas becomes low-temperature flue gas and is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney. As the waste heat boiler greatly improves the utilization rate of heat released by fuel combustion, it is very energy-saving.
