Strict Quality Control of Production

a) Raw material control

As we keep good relationship with our local raw material suppliers, and having large and stable purchase quantity from them. So, they guarantee to supply stable quality material to us. At the same time, we have our own QC with over 10 years' experience to responsible for our material's production and delivery to make sure safe quality.

b) Quality Control

b1. QC in workshop

QC with 10-year experience check randomly in production to make sure products meet quality

b2. QC before delivery

QC will inspect every batch before delivery to make sure the goods sent out is in good quality and good condition

c) Quality complains

If any customers make quality complains, we will forwarder it to our service team. They will report directly to our factory manager.Usually we will hold a meeting with production, purchasing and packaging departments in 24 hours, and will response in 48 hours with feedback and solution.
