Packaging & Shipping

1. By express like DHL, UPS, Fedex etc, it is door to door, usually 5-7 days to arrive.

2. By air to air port, usually 4-5 days to arrive.

3. By sea to sea port, usually 15-30 days to arrive.

If your delivery time is urgent, we suggest express and air delivery. If not urgent, we suggest sea delivery as it is cheap

Our services

1. We only accept custom orders. All products are customized according to customer's specific requirements, such as measurement, structure, printing colors, surface finishing, etc. Professional suggestions are available.

2. We have our own design department. if you don’t have printing artwork yet, we can make designs for you. The design fee depends on the design’s complexity.

3. Blank sample and stock sample can be offered for free. As for customized sample, we only charge you once. If the sample can not meet your demand, we will remake it until you are satisfied, or refund the cost.

4. Lead time: 3-5 days for blank sample, 7-10 days for customized sample. For mass production, normally it takes 15 days, rush orders are available.

5. Factory visiting is warmly welcome! We can provide picking up and hotel booking service for your best convenience.

6. We are strictly with our products quality. Before shipping, we will send clear photos for your confirmation and take a random of the products to check the product quality. Even after you got the product, if you find any quality problem, it can be returned or exchanged.
