Insulation Heat Resistant Silicone Adhesive Double Sided Polyimide Tape

Description
Double Sided Polyimide Tape are made of Polyimide Film that is double coated with a custom formulated silicone pressure sensitive adhesive system. The product is designed to bond to silicone substrates as well as other difficult to bond surfaces.
Application
* Masking parts for powder coat painting.
* Masking edges of overlap seams in metal bonding process where excess adhesive flows onto tape. Minimizes clean-up on tape removal.
* PCB,SMT masking protection in electronics
* H-class insulation protection for electrical devices like transformer and capacitor.
Feature
* Polyimide films offer excellent thermal, abrasion, and chemical resistance while maintaining their flexibility.
* Amber color makes tape placement obvious for both application and removal.
* Thin backing leaves a sharp paint line and some conformability.
* Silicone adhesive offer high heat resistance,reducing failure due to softening, oozing, and adhesive transfer.
* Silicone adhesive removes cleanly with no glue residue.
