Analysis of the cause of the malfunction: The fuel injector pressure is not adjusted properly, the pressure regulating nut is not locked, the spring preload is not enough or the spring stiffness is too small, the pressure regulating spring is broken, linear deformation occurs, and the injector pressure is too low, so that the fuel injection The atomizer quality deteriorates and the quality of the mixture gas deteriorates. The pressure regulating spring adjusts the injection pressure of the injector, and its stiffness directly affects the fuel atomization quality of the injector and the life of the needle valve. The spring stiffness is too small during injection. At the end of the process, the needle valve cannot be seated quickly, causing drip and gas backflow, contamination, and heating of the needle valve assembly, which may cause the needle valve to jam. If the stiffness is too large, the impact force of the needle seat will increase exponentially, which will accelerate the wear of the needle valve coupling and cause poor atomization.
