If the customers don’t know how to operate our detectors, we will provide 24h online service by email, phone calls or videos. If customers want to sell our detectors in domestic market as distributors, first we will support sample orders for customers to test the detectors, and then we will provide training classes to teach them how to install and sell the detectors. The training classes including a series of literature guidance, video course, and company visit.

Warranty: All the detectors have 12months warranty, free charge of repair under correct operation. Therefore, no matter you are the end user or distributor, you don’t need to worry anything about the quality or after-sales service.
