Established in 1939, F.C.C. Co., Ltd. mainly produces and manufactures clutches and related gaskets for automobiles, motorcycles, multi-purpose vehicles and other types of vehicles, as well as various special machining and special molds.
Japan Honda Techno Industrial Co., Ltd. is its main holding company, and its products are mainly supplied to Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha engines, and Kawasaki Heavy Industries. F.C.C. has a number of cutting-edge core technologies and is currently striving to capture the largest share of the world's clutch market. There are 9 workshops in Japan.

Friction Material Production Line
F.C.C puts friction materials in the most important position. With continuous research, development for fine paper friction materials, it has passed the performance standards from the papermaking stage.
The quality of the friction material direcctlyaffects the performance of the clutch itself, which is the most critical point. Through perfect production technology and advanced production equipment, we are able to handle the processes of folding, bonding, grooving, and forming into universal shapes in addition to paper processing.
In addition, we not only aim to pass the standards of environmental regulations, but also aim to achieve a production system that generates zero waste during the press molding stage.
Clutch Friction Dick Production Line
FCC have developed rubber-cork based material, paper-based, semi-metallic and ceramic clutch friction material which has been widely used in motorcycles, ATV, UTV, Automobile as well as scooters
Advanced Manufacturing Method
The bonded friction pad manufacturing method is an exclusive manufacturing method developed by F.C.C. The efficiency and quality improvement of clutch production has brought about an evolutionary production system that has made great progress. By pressing the strip-shaped friction material onto the core plate, the efficiency of the process and the material qualification rate have been greatly improved. In addition, due to the highly flexible oil tank shape brought about by the characteristics of the manufacturing method, it can flexibly respond to various requirements of the product.
FCC Clutch Assembly Line
F.C.C is the only manufacturer in Japan with capabilities from friction material development to overall manufacturing of clutch assemblies.
Now we have production line for wet multi-plate clutch assembly, wet multi-plate assist and slipper clutch assembly(A&S), motorcycle racing clutch assembly, CVT clutch assembly, AT clutch assembly, etc.
In order to quickly respond to customer needs, we maintain strict quality management and a high degree of cost optimization throughout the entire process from the development stage, trial testing, mass production, and product development. In addition, through continuous efforts to improve production efficiency, we are also constantly looking to improve existing production methods.

Our plants have all the infrastructure in place for in-house production, zinc die casting, aluminum die caasting, press shop, assembly line, machining, molding, welding along with testing facilities.
The spare parts include clutch steel plate, clutch hub, pressure plate, clutch lifter, clutch spring, clutch housing, clutch outer comp., scooter clutch parts and many more.

FCC's unique papermaking technology cultivated through the manufacturing of highly durable and highly heat-resistant friction materials. We provide highly functional paper substrates applicable to various products with raw material blending, structure control, and shape control technologies suitable to customer needs, contributing to higher functionality, lighter weight, and cost reduction of products.
Because FCC is a multidisciplinary manufacturer, we are able to handle the processes of folding, bonding, grooving, and forming into universal shapes in addition to paper processing.
The unique and porous structure of paper is highly applicable at a high level to various applications, such as heat insulation, insulation, radio wave absorption, filtration, and catalysts; in terms of thermal management, it can be applied to the development and manufacture of EVs and related products as well.
Using the friction material manufacturing technologies, we develop new materials in-house that create value in a variety of fields and manufacture them in small lots.

High Filling Material (Powder)
FCC's unique papermaking technology allows for filling highly functional materials at a high ratio. Filling of a large amount of highly functional ingredients expands the options for use in a variety of applications. In addition to powders, combinations with a wide variety of materials such as functional fibers, synthetic fibers, inorganic powers, microparticles, metals, and natural materials are possible.

Total Control Paper Structure
Paper structure is controlled in the papermaking process. Various shapes are provided in response to the applications such as thickness, density, surface structure (grooves, unevenness), and internal structure control (porosity).

FCC Development & History
In 1939, established as Fuji Lite Industries Co., Limited in Sato-cho, Hamamatsu, Japan and began with manufacturing clutch plates, gears and other synthetic resin products using press molding with Bakelite as the principal raw material.
In 1943, changed company name to Fuji Chemical Co., Ltd.
In 1948, started business with Honda Motor Co., Ltd
In 1954, began business dealings with Suzuki Motor Corporation.
In 1972, the company shifted to an integrated production system.
In 1982, consolidated subsidiary, Kyushu Fuji Chemical Industries Co., Ltd was established in Matsubasemachi, Shimomashiki-gun
In 1984, the second factory, Ryuyo Factory was under construction in Ryuyo-cho, Iwata-gun
began integrated paper lining production process.
In 1984 Changed company to FCC Company Limited
In 1988, FCC started integrated paper lining production process in overseas.

This standard 2 wheeler motorcycle clutch not only transmits power, but also the charm of the entire vehicle. Its optimal design can match various displacement motorcycles from 50cc to 2300cc for both on-road and off-road vehicles.
This is a small, lightweight motorcycle clutch that uses an aluminum cam construction to reduce load on the control lever and rear torque caused by sharp engine braking.
Dual clutch for transmission with two independent hydraulic clutches for odd and even sections.
Seamless shifting by utilizing friction materials with the best characteristics of hydraulic clutches.
Application: road motorcycle, sports motorcycle, competition, ATV, MUV.
This is a clutch equipped with a mechanism to reduce rear torque (torque converter) caused by sudden engine braking. Its unique structure expands the freedom of setting the limiter and greatly improves maintainability.
Utilizes engine rotation as centrifugal force for vehicles ranging from small commercial vehicles to large ATVs.
Dry Centrifugal Clutch
Utilizes engine rotation as centrifugal force, it is used as an accelerator clutch for belt converters used in small to large scooters.

Auto Clutch Applications
