Technical Introduction
1). Application
As a completely new packaging equipment, it’s automatic Upper and Lower Film Sealing& Cutting Heat Shrink Packaging Machine, designed and manufactured with high efficiency and continuous operation based on the characteristics of heat shrinkable packaging film. It can arrange, set up a single product (such as PET bottle), set up a group, push the bottle and wrap the film, and finally form a collection package by heating shrinkage and cooling. The products after packaging are firm, regular and beautiful in appearance and cost saving.
2) Process Features
Its shape is simple and beautiful, its structure is novel and unique, and its maintenance is convenient.
Electronic induction shrink film feeding smoothly and fast shrink film replacement.
With the third generation SHF constant temperature sealing knife, the sealing strength is more than 3 times of the cold-cutting and hot-closing knife. The sealing is even and smooth, and the service life is 80 times of that of the cold-sealing and hot-closing knife.
Three sets of variable frequency speed regulating conveying mechanism, accurate synchronous transmission, reliable transmission.
The shrinkage chamber adopts circulating air transportation technology, with reasonable structure, heat insulation and heat preservation, high temperature control accuracy and better shrinkage packaging effect. The imported Teflon conveyor belt saves 20% electric energy than metal mesh belt.
Equipped with stable and reliable electrical control components such as SIEMNES, OMRON and UNIQUC, it is well equipped.
The distance between cooling passage and contraction passage is more than 500 mm, which avoids the interaction between cold air and hot air, reduces heat loss and ensures the cooling effect of contraction film.
Film feeding motor and circulating wind turbine have added overload protection device and Schneider intermediate relay to protect circuit safety.
3) Main Components and Functions
The whole equipment consists of bottle conveyor belt, packing machine, heat shrinkable machine, unpowered conveying roller, electrical control, pneumatic control and so on.
3).1 Packing Machine
The packing machine is mainly composed of frame, bottle distributing mechanism, bottle pushing mechanism, film releasing mechanism, film wrapping mechanism, etc.
The bottle feeding mechanism is responsible for transporting PET bottles to the bottle feeding mechanism, which is divided into two parts: front transportation and rear transportation.
The bottling mechanism is responsible for dividing the PET bottles according to the packaging requirements, so as to achieve the film wrapping.
The bottle pushing mechanism is responsible for pushing the grouped PET bottles so as to achieve the film wrapping.
The film rewinding is responsible for the supply of bottles with PET Film after grouping.
Wrapping film: automatically set the supply length of the shrink film according to the size of the packaging, and automatically wrap the film in the process of moving the product forward.
3).2 Heat Shrink Machine
The heat shrinkable machine consists of three parts: heating shrinkage, cooling shaping and product conveying.
Heating and Shrinking: The shrink machine heat and contract the wrapped package, so that the film is contracted evenly at the set temperature, close to the surface of the package, and wrap the package tightly to achieve the purpose of the package.
Cooling and Pitching: It is responsible for rapidly cooling the film on the surface of the finished package, so that the film can rapidly become a high strength state for easy handling.
Product Conveying: The complete package is conveyed to the unpowered conveying roller, and the unpowered conveying roller can play a temporary storage role to facilitate the stacking or handling of personnel.
