Product Application

Bottle Cap Injection Machine is used for making the bottle cap . By changing the mould , you can make different diameter caps , easy to operate and easy to change the mould . With stable capacity and performance . RM-258 , max can fit 32cavities caps mould with POC30 size

1) Double cylinder balancing injections, High-torque oil-motor pre plasticizing , Five pivots minus relief angle, double toggles, machine hinge mold locking , Cabinet-type holder integrates the mold plate .
2) Oil motor driven gear mold adjusting, Storage-type grease lubricating
3) Pressure and flow whole-proportion running
4) High-performance, low-noise oil pump ,Multi-step pressure and speed adjusting

Injection unit

1) This Bottle Cap Injection Machine have Four injection pressures and speeds with three additional pressures and speeds .
2) Suck back function ,Cold start protection ,Pre-suck back function
3) Linear displacement transducer accurately monitor injection
position, providing optimum. injection accuracy and control
4) Heating Status indication
