1.Our products have two synchronous filling heads, quiand accurate filling possible.

2.the cylinders and pistons are made of 304L (316L, optional choice) stainless steel and conforming to GMP.

3.Compact design, attractive appearance, convenient instillation and filling adjustment, no missed filling and accurate filling dosage with a counter provided.

4.Closure head preventing leakage and wiredrawing, filling elevating system preventing high froths, bottle top positioning system and liquid level control system provided.
This machine is including air cleaning- filling- inner cap inserting- capping system. It is suitable for lotion, shampoo, cream and so on.
1. Automatic air cleaning- filling- inner cap inserting- capping, each part has two heads.
2. Air cleaning system: cleaning dust and impurities.
3. Filling system: Servo motor control, rotary vale filling. High filling accuracy, suitable filling high foam liquid, can self-suck when filling water type liquid.
