Common faults and troubleshooting

1 the filling volume of each valve

Adjust the round nut of the fixed sealing ring

The lid does not fall smoothly

 The distance of the lid faller is shifted. Check whether the bolt is loose. If it is found, adjust it and check whether the lid is damaged.
3 After the filled can is sealed, the lid is damaged 1. The bolt on the sealing shaft is loose, please adjust it. 2. There is burr on the sealing head, please polish it.
4 lid slide way is not smoothly There is burr in the slide way,please polish it.
5 After the filled can is sealed,it can’t meet the technical requirement

1.The roller indenter produces burrs ,it need to be replaced.

2.The spring deformation or looseness in the chassis device,it should be adjusted or replaced.

3.The gap between the roller and the indenter is displaced, please adjust it.
6 The machine suddenly stops when it is running

1. There is a foreign matter stuck between the transmission gears, please remove it.

2. The small shaft of the mandrel in the support chassis is loose, and the small shaft bolt should be tightened.

3.The bearing in the rotating body is damaged, please replace it.
7 Cans fall down when feeding cans

1. the pulling wheel or the can feeding chain shift.Please adjust

2. The baffle in the can feeding device is displaced, please adjust it.

3. The baffle is shifted in the cover drop device, please adjust it.
