The filling parts are mainly composed of material cylinder, feed pipe, return pipe assembly, filling valve assembly, height adjusting component, tray component and transmission bracket.
When the empty can is input by the can feeding conveyor belt, the can entering dial plate is opened by the dividing screw, and then it is transferred to the lifting tray by the feeding dial. At this time, the tray rises along the cam to seal the empty can and the filling valve, and at the same time, the filling valve is opened for filling process. When the can is full of liquid material, the tray drops under the action of cam, so that the can and the filling valve are disconnected, and the filling valve is closed at the same time. In the process of filling, the filling valve is opened or closed due to the rising or falling of the jar. In this way, the machine can not be filled.
