Description:

This fruit crusher is mainly used to crush the vegetable, fresh fruit, berries and peanut fruit, it can be also used to crush the pre cooked or soften peanut fruit. The crushing size of outlet fruit can be made as customer’s requirement, normally it is with 4-6mm size. It is widely used in beverage, food factory. All the material contacting fruit material adopts the high quality of sus304 material, meet with the food grade. It is with easy operation and good working efficiency, improve greatly the manual choping speed and size precision. The machine can be used single or connected with production line.

Main parts:

The machine mainly contains material feeding funnel, crushing part, crushing kinves, machine frame, material outlet funnel, electric rotation part.

Working process:

1) After washing the fruit, manual remove the fruit skin and pit, then make the pulp into the feeding funnel directly.

2) The machine is set with four crushing knives, when the machine starts, the rotating knives rotate around its own axis within a stationary blade clearance with the driven of motor, then make the vegetable or fruit crushed with small size as needed, then the crushed fruit can be made good use in next step.

3) Place a container under the outlet of crusher to storage the crushed fruit, then pour the crushed fruit into the fruit mixer funnel which will be along with the liquid to be mixed average and fine to be invisible by eye.

Or place a screw pump under the outlet of crusher, which can convey the small pieces fruit into the next machine for easy use.
