>>>Characteristics:
★The 500ml water production machine is used in production of non-soda drink of mineral-pure water packed in polyester bottles. Washing, filling and capping are integrated in one machine.
★The whole machine is controlled by PLC with touch-screen as the human-machine interface. The amount of the drinks in the storage tank can be controlled automatically. The filling and capping will be stopped automatically when there is no bottle. When bottles are cramped wrongly or when caps are not available, the machine can be stopped automatically.
★1.Except the down framework, the transmission parts and some parts that must be made of special materials. Other spare parts are made of stainless steel 304.
★2.By adjusting the height of the rotary parts to adapt for different bottle height.
★1) Adopted Germanyanti-corrosion non-maintaining bearing that can reduce the pollution of filling to the environment.
★2) This filling system has an automatic temperature control system.
This 500ml water production machine is the highest degree of accuracy of 3 in 1 machine, it is important for the machine to run stably and the product quality.
A group of photoelectric switches are settled on cap-falling guide. The machine will stop when there is no cap on the guide.
