Cap feeder
The cover is conveyed to the cover manager through the upper cover device, and the back cover of the cover enters the cover channel through the reverse cover recovery device in an open upward position. When the cover opens downward, the cover enters the cover manager through the reverse cover recovery device and returns to the cover manager, thus ensuring that the cover from the cover manager passes through the cover channel in the correct position. Enter the lid disinfector and disinfect the inside of the lid.
Bottle capping
1) The expert improve the design of magnetic steel, this improvement can reduce the defective rate of capping better and the traditional character of easy to set and adjust the torque of screwing capping head.
2) The device which can take out the reverse cap and prevent the reverse cap passing is settled in the cap-falling guide.
3) A group of photoelectric switches are settled on cap-falling guide. The machine will stop when there is no cap on the guide.
4) A bottle inlet detect switch is settled on the screwing capper.
5) By adjusting the height of the rotary parts to adapt for different bottle height.
6) The main parts of the screwing capper are processed by the digital-control processing center

Bottle Washing
1) The high efficiency atomizing spray nozzle installed on bottle clamp is capable of cleaning any part of bottle inner wall, and also saves rinsing water.
2) The rinser is driven by driving system positioned inside machine frame via gear transmission.
3) Rinser using high-strength stainless steel bottles of spring-loaded folders, to ensure a stable reversal of the glass bottles. The nozzle is a plum-like structure can wash every corner of the side wall and bottom to make the bottle clean.
