★The transfer mode of glass bottle is the bottom of the towing bottle. Glass bottles are separated by screw and then entered into the bottle washing mechanism in turn. By clamping the bottle mouth, the glass bottle is reversed 180 degrees, so that the bottle mouth is down, spraying and washing the inside and outside of the bottle. The rinsing water used is pure water. The rinsing water will be concentrated in the receiving plate and discharged by the designated outlet. The rinse here is simply to remove small particles of impurities that may exist in the air inside the glass bottle. If the glass bottle is recycled, it needs to be disinfected and cleaned before entering the carbonated beverage filling machine.
