Description of Intelligent High Speed Automatic Hot foiling Stamping Machine

Full Automatic Hot Foiling Stamping Machine is used extensive in all kinds of packaging. It worked for all kinds of packaging paper, such as special paper, art paper, fancy paper and so on.

A.Double channels system works for picking and laying paper, allow two colors stamping at same time, and also can do sammeld ruck. Both flat , 3D stamping and embossing all can do with different mould.

B.The machine with front stop, double side gauge and laser sensor for a high precision positioning,±0.02mm. Large hot stamping area, the max size is 720mm*460mm.

C. Full Automatic hot foil stamping , the pressure is driven by servo, it is about 4.2T/cm2 and it can be adjustable. The mismatch design for the closing table and the pressure table makes the plate transform fast and easy.(within 20 mins)

D.Four temperature zones, all can be adjusted, so that can meet different materials' stamping needs. (60-150 degrees)

E. The conveyor belt implements variable frequency suction adjustment for different grams of paper to meet all kinds of package paper hot stamping needs, extensive used in products,such: gift boxes, wine boxes, makeup boxes, clothing boxes, jewelry box and so on. The paper min thickness is 80 grams.

F. Configure sensor to test feed double or no feed paper. After the stamping is completed, the paper is automatically received by machine.

G . Using CAM feeding paper, the maximum stacking height is 300MM, and the speed is about 15-25 pcs.

H. The closing table adopt the jack-up, crank and double force linkage mechanism.
