I. Whole Work Flow:

Pay off → Wire arranging→ Mechanical descaling→ Horizontal type wire drawing and forming machine → Vertical and horizontal straightening → Three roll clamping and driving→ Cleaning unit →Heating No.1 →Heating No.2 →Heating No.3 → Heat Preservation → Cooling for Quenching → Induction Tempering → Heat Preservation →Cooling for Tempering →Three roll clamping and driving → Shearing → Wire separating → Wire take-up

By a intelligent programming device CPLD, make IGBT induction heating power supply has the function of Fixed-angle&Phase locking/Frequency automatic tracking, etc. This design can improve the stability and efficiency. Because the machine has protect function of Over-frequency or Low-frequency unlock, it can accurately protect wire heating inductors from short circuit and open circuit fault
