After price confirmation, you can ask samples to check our quality.

If you just need blank samples, we can supply you samples for frees, you just need pay the transport fees.

If you want printed samples, we need charge fees according to your quantity, size, material, surface finishing and so on.

3. How long can I get the sample?

After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7days.

The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5days. You can use your own express account or prepay

us if you don’t have an account.

4. When can I get the price?

After we confirm the details question of your paper box, such as quantity, size, material, surface finishing,

then the quote will be send to you within 24hours.

5. Can you do design for me?

According to your requirement, we can add your company logo, website, phone number or your ideas on paper box.

Our professional designer can make design to you for free.

6. How to place the order to us?

• Step 1.Quoting Price:

Please provide us the specifications of the products you want to purchase from us (size, material, printing, picture, quantity, or other requirements). The more details you provide for the costing, the better price you can get from us.

• Step 2. Artwork File:

Pls send us the artwork file if you have.
Don't worry if you don't have an artwork file, as we also have our designers to assist you for your design artworks.

• Step 3. Pre-production Sample

We normally need 5 - 7 days for making a pre-production sample for you to approve.

• Step 4: 30% deposit
• Step 5. Mass Production

We are having experienced merchandizer to follow your order producing status for you. You may ask our sales for taking pictures for you during each process.

• Step 6. Inspection

-Customer's inspections are welcomed for in-line checking or final checking;
-3rd party inspection (ex. ITS, BV, LF, CTI...);
-Our Shanghai Office always will have QCs to do in-line inspection and final inspection.
