How to place the order to us?
Step 1.Quoting Price:
Please provide us the specifications of the products you want to purchase from us (size, material, printing, picture, quantity, or other requirements). The more details you provide for the costing, the better price you can get from us.
Step 2. Artwork File:
Pls send us the artwork file if you have.
Don't worry if you don't have an artwork file, as we also have our designers to assist you for your design artworks.
Step 3. Pre-production Sample
We normally need 5 - 7 days for making a pre-production sample for you to approve.
Step 4: 30% deposit
Step 5. Mass Production
We are having experienced merchandizer to follow your order producing status for you. You may ask our sales for taking pictures for you during each process.
Step 6. Inspection
-Customer's inspections are welcomed for in-line checking or final checking;
-3rd party inspection (ex. ITS, BV, LF, CTI...);
-Our Shanghai Office always will have QCs to do in-line inspection and final inspection.

Q2.What's your payment term?
T/T, L/C, Western Union, Paypal.
The normal payment term is 30% deposit before production, and 70% balance before shipment.
Q3.Could you make OEM/ODM design?
We are specialized in OEM/ODM design which include the customized logo,color and even design according to the customer's requests.
Q4.About Sample
If stocked items, samples can be shipped out in priority. If out of stock, the sample will be produced according to customers’ design and requirements. Sample charge will be refunded if the mass order order reaches our MOQ.
Q5.About shipping
By sea, by air, by express(DHL, FedEx IE, UPS Expedited, EMS, TNT etc.).

Q7.How do you guarantee the product’s quality?
Before production, the pre-production samples will be made for checking details with customers. During the production and packing, there will be professional QC to inspect the products to ensure the products in good quality and correct details.
