Guangmaoqixing now equipped with new high precision Swiss type Automatic lathes which are imported from Japan, and high performance 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC vertical machining centers. Moreover, grinding machine, wire-cut, EDM and CNC lathes as well.

We can achieve the machining accuracy to 0.005mm. The inspection instrument includes, profile projector, Instant measurement, high gauge, digital micro-dial, ID &OD micrometer. Processing takes place through materials like steel, stainless steel, aluminium alloy, brass, copper, Bronze, Titanium, Mg alloy, Iron and engineering plastics of different variety.

What Are Precision Machining Services?

Precision machining is often used for parts that require a close tolerance. Using a computer numerically controlled machine or specialized lathe, a precision machinist can manufacture complex parts with precise specifications.

Precision machining is used on a wide variety of metals including steel, aluminum, and brass as well as other materials like ceramics and plastics.
