Special sea-island filament dobby ripstop fabric with milly TPU membrance has strong water-proof feature . Its dobby ripstop has a sepcial looking and its function for cold resistance is vety good . We always use this fabric in sports wear and skiing wear .

2 . Specifications:

The fabric is weaving with island wire . This is a kind of micro-fiber . After finishing, the fabric is cold-proof, waterproof, breathable, anti-tear and friction-resistant and achieves high color fastness. So it is the choice to make high quality garment. A very thin membrane is affixed to the back of the fabric and placed on the fabric in an interlayer manner.

The feature of this membrane is that there are 1.4 billion holes per square inch, the size of each hole only one over twenty thousand water droplets, but 700 times larger than the water vapor molecules, so it makes that only water vapor can pass through and not water points. The effect of waterproof can be up to 45000 mm , and the water pressure can be higher of 13500 g/m2/24 HRS. As the result this fabric have excellent waterproof and breathable functions.
