3 . About Cationic Fabric:
Cation are usually discolored by chemical agents. Generally, water of 60~100 degrees will not lead to cationic yarn fading.
The characteristics of cationic lie in the double color effect, which can replace some color woven double-color fabrics to reduce the cost, but there is nothing to be done with color woven fabrics. It's an old product. It is commonly used for lining/curtain fabric/decorative fabric.
Cationic fabric is not wear-resistant fabric, it is generally used in the warp direction with cationic silk, and in the weft direction with ordinary polyester yarns, which are also dyed with dyes respectively.
4. The warmth retention property of outdoor fabric:
Although heat preservation is closely related to fabric thickness, outdoor sports do not allow clothing to be too heavy, so it is necessary to keep warm and light to meet the special requirements of outdoor sports clothing. The most common method is to add special ceramic powder containing chromium oxide, magnesium oxide and zirconia, especially nano-sized ceramic powder, into the spinning solution of synthetic fiber such as polyester.

5. About Coating Methods:
The principle of coating fabrics: With the use of solvents (toluene and butanone commonly nowadays ) , we dissolve the coating colloidal particles that we needed into salivate shape , which includes PU adhesive, A/C PVC, PE plastic and etc . And it is also related to the ratio of rubber and viscosity . And then coat on the fabric in a form of scraper evenly . After fixation inside the oven with a high temperature, there will be a uniform layer of covering material make on the surface of fabrics . As a result , the fabrics can achieve the waterproof, windproof, breathable, and other functions!
