The fabric is 4 way stretch fabric . It is 100D+40D*100D+40D . The content of this fabric is 92%polyester and 8% spandex. So it has super spandex . After dying ,we finish this fabric with TPU membrane . So this fabric is water resistant and noisture.

We also call tis kind of fabric 2 layer fabric . And this fabric is suitable to making outdoor sport jacket like soft shell jacket. The most important is that we prepare about 200 colors in stock. So it will be convenient for our customers to making samples.

The 4-way elastic fabric is a kind of elastic fabric. It can adapt to the human body's activities, with the extension and contraction, light and comfortable, and also can keep the appearance of the clothing beautiful, the knee, elbow and other parts of the clothing will not be out of shape due to the long wearing time.

The advantage of spandex fabric is flexibility is good, can stretch 5-8 times, do not ageing, spandex cannot spin alone cloth, weave together with other raw materials commonly, spandex scale is in 3-10% about, the proportion of spandex of swimsuit fabric achieves above 15%.

Generally, spandex elastomeric yarn is used to endow the fabric with a certain degree of elasticity.

4 .About 4 way stretch fabric usages:

Because of the elastic of 4 way stretch, we always use this fabrics in sports wear. For example, we can use this fabric in summer cloths and pants with only solid dyed or with UV 40+ protective finish.

And also, like our this one ,it is finished with TPU membrane after dyeing, so it is thicker than the solid dyed one. And with the membrane, this fabric is water resitant and moisture. So it is very suitable in producing outdoor jacket. Also because of its special material , this fabric is durable and comfortable.
