1 . Descriptions:

The fabric 100% polyester T800 stretch fabric .Its content is 100%P . And its yarn count is 50D*50D T800. It has good dyeing effect and comfortable touch . It is usually used in jacket ,down jacket and many winter clothes . We do PD + TPU+bonding with this fabric. So it is waterproof , cold resistant. It is suitable for making winter outdoor jacket like soft shell.

3. About T800:

T800 is a new type of elastic fiber with great application value:

a. The T800 will be used as an add-on to the existing Lycra line for stretch fabrics and apparel.

b. The T800 eliminates the need for intermediate processing steps (core yarn, covered yarn and textured yarn) to increase the efficiency of elastic fabric production. There are other aspects that can reduce the number of process steps and reduce the cost of fabric, ie garment production.

c. Application target: Used in combination with low heat setting fibers (such as cotton); making polyester and cotton/wool/denim polyester components elastic. Increase the softness of polyester-containing fabrics and enhance their appearance. Used in elastic fabric structures (such as lightweight fabrics) that are not achievable with elastic fibers. Weaving self-woven sew-sewed fabric with a smooth feel of filaments.

Adding T800 to the existing fabric structure or improving the fabric structure and processing technology can make the T800 fully utilized.

4. Advantage​:

High tensile strength

The T800's three-dimensional crimped structure gives the fiber excellent elasticity (T800 filaments are 2 to 5 times more elastic than ordinary PET filaments).

Elastic recovery

Even after 500 repeated stretchings, the elastic recovery rate can be maintained above 95%.

Soft to the touch and comfortable to wear

T800 fiber is a grooved hollow fiber, so it is not only bulky and softer than ordinary polyester, but also has moisture absorption and perspiration function.

Good dyeing effect

 The color fastness can reach four or more levels, which is equivalent to the dyeing characteristics of general polyester.

The cloth surface is flat and the wrinkle resistance is good

 The T800 fiber has the ability to quickly memorize changes in mechanical shape and to quickly disappear under external stress.
