Product Description:

The steel mold enters the forming machine head with the mechanical transmission mode, after the automatic fuel injection system.

Then, the mixed concrete is pre-formed on the steel mold, which is then cut into a single piece of cement tile.

At that point, the tile is chipped, colored, polished and mounted on the rack for curing, which takes 10 - 12 hours. After that, it is time for demolding and completing the production process.

By replacing the different extrusion heads and molds, different types of roof tile can also be produced.
