Automatic Forming Tiles Production Line with Tile Making Machine

Full Automatic Roof Tile Making Machine

Using mechanical transmission mode, the steel mold is sent into the forming machine head after the automatic fuel injection system. The mixed concrete is preformed on the steel mold. After cutting into a single piece of cement tile, it is chipped, colored, polished, and mounted on the rack. , Curing (10-12 hours), demolding, and completing the production process. Replace different extrusion heads and molds to produce different roof tiles.

Roof tile making machine

3. Multi-usage. It can make kinds of color tiles, such as roof tiles, ridge tiles, edge tiles, drainage tile and gutter tiles and so on.

Automatic clay tile press machine can produce all kinds of roof tile, edge tile and floor tile .The raw material is clay, soil, mud. It is very easy to operate. We supply mechanical press and pneumatic press machine. For pneumatic press machine pressure can reach 20 Ton.
