According to the traditional extruder, the raw material is generally soft plastic clay, which has low performance requirement for vacuum extruder, but nowadays, the requirements of raw material as well as process are basically in hard plastic and semi-hard plastic, and the extrusion pressure is 3~4MPa, so it has challenged the traditional extruder equipment; at the same time, the traditional extruder adopts horizontal one, and it is very disadvantageous for the clearing machine. Also, there are defects in the traditional extruder for the processing of fast-setting products, and continuing to use the traditional vacuum extruder can no longer meet the needs of today's output products. Secondly, the damage to the machine can also be caused, once the vacuum extruder failure will affect the economic efficiency of the enterprise. Therefore, the strength of the vacuum extruder must be improved in all aspects. So according to the performance characteristics of these raw materials and the quality requirements of the products, supporting updated mechanical equipment is needed, and it has been difficult for the traditional vacuum extruder to meet the requirements of the industry use. To meet this requirement, vertical single screw vacuum extruder has been improved and designed. The mechanical connection of the single screw makes the extruded products have certain shape and size, high mechanical strength, high density, low water content and smooth surface, in which the pressure head is removable, which makes it easy to clean the machine.
