85% SiC Silicon Carbide Brick 1600C Carborundum Brick High Strength

Silicon carbide brick is a refractory product made of silicon carbide as the main raw material, and the content of silicon carbide is 72%~99%. Generally, black silicon carbide (SIC content of more than 96%) is used as raw material, and the binder is added (or without the binder), which is prepared by the process of batching, mixing molding and firing.

It has the characteristics of good wear resistance, good corrosion resistance, high temperature strength, good thermal shock stability, high thermal conductivity, small thermal expansion coefficient, etc. It is a high-performance refractory material. The main varieties are oxide bonded silicon carbide brick, carbon bonded silicon carbide brick, nitride bonded silicon carbide brick, self-bonded silicon carbide brick, recrystallized silicon carbide brick and semi-silicon carbide brick, etc.
