Our BSR powder blender comprises of U-shape barrel,transmisstion parts and ribbon agitating blades which usually have double or triple layers with outside screw gathering material from side to center and inside screw transmitting the material from center to sides to form convection mix.It is widely used in solid-solid(powder material) and solid-liquid(powder material-fluidity material) mixing in the fields of chemical industry, pharmacy, foodstuff industries.

Working method:

It is mainly comprised of mixing barrel, spiral ribbon and driven parts. The spiral ribbon is made of two layers. That is, the inner ribbon makes the material move outwards, while the external ribbon makes the material move inwards which forms a good circulation of material. Ribbon moves so circumferentially that the mixer could achieve fine mixing efficiency in a very short time.

Main components:
1) Safety net: There is a safety net on the cover, so that operator cannot reach out arms into the mixer, danger can be prevented.
2) Ribbon inside the mixer: make the mixing effect better.
3) Discharge part: Pneumatic valve is adopted to discharge material. Mixing dry powder or powder with a little liquid are applicable.
4) Two types of sealing: The packing seal is a conventional seal on which the gas seal can be added to increase the sealability. The mechanical seal has better sealing performance than the packing seal, less leakage and long service life. It can be used for powder and liquid, and has a wider range of use and higher price.
