It is a superfine pulverizer consisting of three parts: main engine, auxiliary machine and electric control box. It has various characteristics such as air-selection, no screen, no net, uniform size and so on. And the production process is continuous and extensive.

Working method:

The raw materials enter the crushing chamber through screw feed, and are cut and sheared by high-speed cutters and eddy currents generated by high-frequency vibration. Due to the effect of negative pressure, the crushed powder enters the common wheel, and through the rotation of the stage wheel and the centrifugal force of the air knife, the powder larger than the stage particle size is returned to the crushing chamber, and the qualified powder enters the pipe for discharge.
