BSU universal crusher is a multifunctional fine powder mill grinder and widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical and foodstuff and other industries.

It can grind crystal materials(such as sugar, salt, baking soda, etc), spice(chili, turmeric, black pepper, etc), grains(rice, wheat, corn, cassava, etc), and the fineness of the final product can be 10-120 mesh, you can change the screen inside the mill chamber to get different sizes of the powder particle size.

Working method:

A movable groove plate is arranged on the main shaft, and three movable gear rings are arranged on the groove plate. A fixed slotted disc is installed on the door, which is equipped with two fixed toothed rings with steel teeth. The movable gear on the movable groove plate intersects with the fixed ring gear. When the spindle rotates at high speed, the movable slot plate rotates at the same time, throwing materials into the gap of the hammer. Therefore, the crushing effect is achieved by the comprehensive effect of mutual impact, cutting and wear between the material and the gear or the material itself. After the finished product is screened by the screening machine, it is discharged from the crushing chamber to the collection bag, and the coarse particles continue to be crushed.
