BSP ultra-fine pulverizer is an advanced powder machine, the unit has the following advantages: stable technical performance, low noise, less consumption, high efficiency, fineness could be adjusted, lower temperature rise, so it is very suitable for sugar, food powder, herb and spice etc. This unit is composed of crusher part, powder collecting set, conveying pipe and electric control cabinet.The crusher part has air classification equipment, which makes product granularity arbitrary adjustable, and can prevent the excessive crushing. Powder been crushed will be conveyed to the cyclone and dust collector by negative pressure, then discharged by discharge valve.

Main components:

1. Crusher part:
(1) The left motor is crush motor;
(2) the right motor is classfifier motor.
(3) It adopts a small screw feeder, make sure feed speed is even and controllable.
The main parts in the crusher chamber is:grade device,ring,knife.The grading shaft is placed into the crushing spindle.
2. Cyclone part:
(1) Cyclone can seperate dust from powder(granules)
(2) Rotary valve make powder discharge speed even Rotary valve is also made of stainless steel and to clean it and dismantle is convinient.
3. Pulse Dust Collecting box:
(1) Dust is collected inside the dust collecting box.
(2) Inside box, there are many dust collecting bags and the bag frames are also made of stainless steel and can be disassembled easily.
(3) With pulse-jet cleaning, dust can be collected very conviniently.

Working method:

The product is impacted by the high speed grinding media, which causes the feed product to fracture and be thrown by the centrifugal force to the wall of the grinding chamber, which in turn, causes the product to fracture further. The fractured particles are entrained in the induced airflow liberating the outside wall of the internal baffle assembly, which is fitted with air baffles to laminar the air flow. The laminar airflow and particles pass to the internal classifier, which is rotating, in the same direction as the rotor disc. Oversized particles rejected by the centrifugal force applied by the classifying wheel are thrown to the inner wall of the baffle and move down by gravity and by the pressure created by the classifier. These oversized particles are then re-entrained into the grinding zone where further impact occurs.This recycle action continues until all the particles pass through the classifier wheel. The product being emitted from the classifier is conveyed in the process air stream where it is either collected in a cyclone or enhanced by further classification in a cyclonic classifier.
