Working method:

The main components of the crushing host are 1, coarse crushing knife group, 2 medium crushing knife group, and 3 fine crushing knife group. The material enters the crusher cavity from the feeding port, and the material passes through the high-speed rotating, coarse, medium and fine crushing knife set in turn. When passing through the coarse crushing knife group, the material is initially crushed, and then enters the middle crushing knife group, the material is further crushed, and finally passes through the fine crushing knife group to obtain the final product. The material passing through the knife set collided with the high-speed rotating blade and fixed ring gear several times, and was crushed.
A device for separating excessive coarse material particles is arranged between the medium crushing and fine crushing knife groups to control the excessive coarse particles entering the fine crushing knife groups, thereby ensuring the discharge fineness. The cutter head speed is controlled by a frequency converter. The cutter head speed can be adjusted according to product requirements to obtain products with different granularities. There is no screen in the crusher head, and the heat generation is low. The feed particles generally do not need coarse crushing, and the output is large.
