Commercial spice powder mixing machine no gravity chili flour paddle mixer

Our BSLdouble shaft paddle mixer is mainly used in all kinds of dry mix mortar and high-grade putty powder with high mixing uniformity requirements,such as :anti-crack mortar ,insulation mortar ,bonding mortar ,plaster mortar,flooring mortar.Concrete additive,feed,chemical powder,food spices industry also got great application. It is not suitable for mixing material which is particularly large amount of spray and viscosity.

Working method:

Double-shaft paddle mixer is consists of two rotors with reverse rotation directions, welding many paddles in the rotor with different special angles. Paddles make the materials counterclockwise rotating along slot inner wall, and make materials stirring left and right. The overlapped area of two rotors makes a zero-gravity area, no matter what size, shape and bulk density materials are, they are even mixed in the mixer.

Main features:

1. Horizontal tank body covers small area.
2. Bearing is on both ends of the mixer, the material is not easy to enter, repair rate is low.
3. Gear box drives the auger shaft, simple maintenance, high efficiency, save both time and labour.
4. U-shape tank bottom, easy operation, uniform mixing, no dead zone, better for material discharge and cleaning.
5. Under the bottom or the sides of the tank, there is a flap dome valve(pneumatic control or manual control) of the center. The valve is arc design to make sure no material deposit and no dead angel when mixing.
