BSDF advanced hammer mill has a good grinding effect for all kinds of spice(such as chilli, turmeric, coriander seeds,cinnamon..etc), of course, for some other food materials(like chickpea, cassava, tea leaves and so on), the grinding effect is also good.

Our BSDF advanced hammer mill is made up of crusher part, cyclone, dust collecting box, blower and electrical control box. It uses fixed plate and the relative motion between the activity hammer, making materials impacted and shredded under effect of centrifugal force.

Working method:

Material is fed into the mill chamber,pass through the high speed rotation caused by the three groups of knives one by one.Material is crushed three times in one mill chamber, then become fine powder.Between middle fine crush knife group and fine mill knife group, there is a device designed for preventing coarse granule go to fine milling area,so powder fineness is assured.The rotor speed is controlled by inverter, different particle size is achieved by adjusting rotation speed.

Main features:

1) No need screen or sieve in mill chamber.If you want to change powder particle size,just change the speed by inverter.
2) There is almost no heat rising in mill chamber,and you don't need to worry power get stuck in the screens or product quality get affected.
3) If your raw material is big or long(such as chili,turmeric,cinnamon...etc),this machine can grind it directly.No need to make the big material into small granules first and it will save more time.
4) It can save more power, its capacity is much bigger than other same motor traditional mill.
5) For grinding spices,herbs,grains,its grinding effect is super!
To grind spices, powder size can be 20~80 mesh;
To grind chickpea,cassava and some other food, powder size can be 20~150 mesh.

Main structure:

1) Dust is collected inside the dust collecting box.Inside box, there are many dust collecting bags and the bag frames can be disassembled easily.With pulse-jet cleaning, dust can be collected very conviniently.
2) Cyclone can seperate dust from powder(granules),Rotary valve make powder discharge speed even.
3) Spare parts of the mill is hammer knife and liners, hammer knife's life is ~1 year and liner's like is ~2 years.
