Ginger crusher machine spices cinnamon turmeric granules making machine

BSC coarse crusher is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries for crushing dry and fragile materials. Materials with low softening point and high viscosity are not suitable for this machine.

It is suitable for making granules or be used as a primary mill(make big materails into small granules), such as chili flakes, ginger granules, arabic gum granules, dry flower pieces and so on.There are two types for you to choose,one type is vertical type(the discharge port is behind the machine),another is table type(the discharge port is under the machine).

Working method:

It is a type of horizontal grinding designed to cut large materials into small pieces. There is a counter wheel at the shaft end, which will not be blocked during operation. Raw materials are injected into the hopper, and crushed and cut with a fixed and rotating blade in the crushing chamber. By rotating centrifugal force, the material automatically flows to the outlet. The size of the final product is controlled by the screen. The blade is made of strong and durable hard alloy steel.
