Working method:

Two-way wheel is use relative inverse rotation,then improve grinding effect.Two side disc wheel installed needle shaped cylinder with unequal diameter, each segment of the needle bar is arranged by 3D simulation technique, reasonable arrangement of layout. It can effectively control the material in the needle gap to achieve effective split results. Needle bar according to the crushing material can be hexagonal, square, spear and so on.

Main components:

1. Crusher part: With 2 grinding discs,and the speed of this machine is very fast,it can make finer powder than common mill.

2. Cyclone part: It can seperate dust from powder(granules).

3. Pulse Dust Collecting box: Dust is collected inside the dust collecting box.Inside box, there are many dust collecting bags and the bag frames are also made of stainless steel and can be disassembled easily.With pulse-jet cleaning, dust can be collected very conviniently.
