Working method:

The fundamental principle of round separator is that the eccentric hammers installed on the top and bottom ends of motor changes the rotation motion of motor to horizontal, vertical and inclined three-dimensional motions, and then passes this motion to screen surface, achieving the purpose of classification, filtering and removal of impurities.

Main features:

1) As the screen vibrates in multiplane hence the holes of the screen remain clear.
2) Due to vibrations in the vertical plane, blinding of screen is minimized. However, for certain materials which have inherent blinding, sticking property and special accessories can be used to eliminate this problem.
3) The design enables to utilize the vibratory force generated by the motor to the optimum and very few moving parts reduce the maintenance to minimum.

4) As many as five screens could be mounted on one separator achieving six sizes materials to get.

5) Because of the little input mouth,The whole operation is very clean and pollution free.

1) Chemical industry: resin pigment, medicine, grease, paint, palette, etc.
2) Abrasive material and ceramic industry: building sand, mica, alumina, abrasive, refractory material, slurry, etc.
