Working method:

It uses steam or electricity as heat energy. There is a steam radiator or electric heating element to generate heat. Use the fan to perform convective heat exchange, to transfer heat to the material, and to continuously replenish fresh air and exhaust humid air. The proper relative temperature and humidity are maintained in the box during the drying time. The biggest feature is that most of the hot air is circulated in the box, which enhances heat and mass transfer and saves energy. These two series are widely used for heating and dehumidifying raw materials and products in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, light industry and heavy industry.

Main Structure:
This machine is mainly composed of drying chamber, combustor, electric heating tubes, ventilation system and control system.
1. Drying Chamber: By utilizing stainless steel inside and coated steel plate outside, the drying chamber saves cost while ensures hygiene and corrosion resistance in the drying process.
2. Combustor: To cope with the smoke and fume produced during the process, the combustor is connected with a chimney, efficient and convenient.
3. Ventilation: When it comes to moisture control, the ventilation system plays an important role in balancing the moisture and air in the machine.
4. Control System: The control cabinet controls the electric heating tubes and fans. Additionally, it is installed with a temperature and moisture tester, which gives a convenient way to user for knowing the present condition.
