Our BS screw feeder machine is an economical and convenient feeder, which is characterized by simple to install, easy to use and convenient to maintain. Due to the unique nature of the design, it is commonly used to feed illiquid powdered materials, such as milk powder, monosodium glutamate, solid beverage, sugar, dextrose, coffee, solid pharmaceutical, pesticide, granular powder, additives, dyes, etc.

Working method:

The former case is a round tube, and the centrifugal force generated by the spiral belt animal material rotating at high speed pushes the material toward the pipe wall and is then pushed upward by the blade.The casing is supported on the roller for low speed rotation, and the material moves forward along the blade, and the loading and discharging are performed at both ends. It can convey materials slightly tilted without jamming.

2. Its unique screw design makes it easier to convey all kinds of powder and small particles.
3. Vibrating hopper is used and the amplitude of vibration is adjustable. High adaptability to different kinds of materials. Avoid material from bridging inside the hopper so that material can enter the feeder pipe smoothly.
4. Soft connection between feeding screw, the pipe and the hopper, easy to dissemble and clean.
5. A special design to facilitate the clean of material residual: screw can be reversely rotated. There are discharge gates on both ends of the feeding pipe. The whole screw can be easily dissembled without tools and easy to clean and reassemble.
