BSW double cone mixer a mixing device that mixes various powders uniformly through a rotating tank. This machine is a kind of powder or granular material that is vacuumed or manually fed into a double cone container, as the container rotates continuously. The material undergoes complex impact movements in the container to achieve a uniform mixing of the mechanical equipment. The cylinders are made of stainless steel. Suitable for pharmaceutical, chemical, food,etc.

Working method:

The motor and reducer drive the mixing tank to rotate through gear transmission. In the working process, the prepared powder is added to the stirring tank, and the material is repeatedly polymerized and separated under the action of gravity and centrifugal force through the rotation of the tank body. In order to achieve uniform mixing, the mixed materials are discharged from the discharge port according to their own weight.

Main features:

1. Double Cone shaped with cylindrical Shell at Center, & conical shape at both ends.
2. Well balanced to avoid any excessive load on gear box or motor.
3. Charging and discharging is through a butterfly valve.
4. A conical adaptor can be provided for fixing charging drum after butterfly valve.
5. Unit can be provided with bin charging arrangement.
6. All moving parts are enclosed in guards.
7. A safety railing with a limit switch is provided for operator safety.
8. Manual Inching arrangement can be provided.
9. Available Models from 100 Litres to 4000 Litres.
10. Contact parts in stainless steel SS 304 or 316.
