Our BSG self absorb grinding set is a kind of high effcient mill designed and developed by my company. This machine has a good grinding effect for crystals materials like sugar, salt,baking soda,etc.It is also suitable for grinding spices, herbs, grains,etc.

There are two kinds of cutters for you to choose.One is hammer type,another is disc type.The grinding effect of disc type is a little better than hammer type, which means, disc type can make finer powder than hammer type. Disc type is more likely to heat up than hammer type. When material is very heat sensitive, hammer type is more recommended.

Working method:

It makes use of the high speed relative movement of the movable fixed disc and the rotating disc to crush the materials through the comprehensive effect of striking and friction of the fluted disc as well as the mutual striking of the materials.the crushed material can be discharged directly from the grinding chamber of the machine and the desired granule size can be obtained by installing screens with different apertures.

1) The whole machine is made of stainless steel, and the inner surface of the enclosure becomes smooth through processing, thus changing the powder residual phenomenon due to the coarse inner surface of the previous models.
