Features Of BSQP Apple Bubble Washer:
This air bubble washing machine adopts SUS304 stainless steel chain plate mesh belt transmission. The mesh belt has high strength, small elasticity, is not easy to deform, easy to maintain and so on. The whole machine runs in balance with low noise, which greatly improves the working efficiency. When unloading, the material is transported directly from the equipment by lifting the mesh belt. The transmission reducer is controlled by frequency conversion. The mesh belt speed can be adjusted freely and the operation is stable.

Working Principle:

The principle of bubble cleaning machine is mainly used to inject appropriate amount of water into the shell of the equipment in front of the box. High pressure bubbles have the opportunity to generate a large number of dense bubbles in the box body, so that the product will be scrubbed through the box along with the drum. Under the combined action of the bubble cleaner and water, it will be in a rolling state and move forward with the mesh belt. When the water comes out, high-end nozzle will be used for high-pressure cleaning. Then enter the water partition area in the back half of the package, and then clean and cool the package again. Push it forward on the surface with the mesh belt, and wash the high-end with a nozzle under high pressure.
