Food Grade Spice Cryogenic Powder Grinder Machine

The Machine introduction:

The BS spice cryogenic powder grinder machine can have a very good performance for both low and high oil spices.

The grinding temperature is below zero, the spices would become very fragile in the low temperature and then ground into very fine powder by cutters.

Grinding method:

Heat exchange between cold source and materials will lower the temperature of material and make the material into brittle.

The brittle material is impacted,sheared and rubbed in the mill chamber,then it becomes fine particles which can reach micron level (600~2000 mesh).

Machine Application:

The spice cryogenic powder grinder has very wide application in many industries.

Food and health care products: spices, animal and plant extracts, Chinese patent medicines, natural and synthetic elements, etc

Chemical industry and coating field: Metal wall coating field(powder for Teflon, PA, PC, PU, PP and PE coating), etc

Recycling: low melting point plastics, high self-lubricating materials, waste rubber, raw rubber and raw rubber.

Q: Does the machine have GMP certificate?

A: Our machine can meet the requirements of GMP, but our machine is not food or pharmaceutical products, our machine doesn’t have GMP certificate.

But our machine can be applied in food and pharmaceutical’s production.

Q: How many countries have you exported?

A: Till now, we have exported machines to more than 70 countries. Including USA, European countries,Japan, South American countries,Australia,New Zealand,and lot of Middle-east Asia countries,Southeast Asian countries and Africa.

Q: Can I see the working machine in user’s factory?
