The material enters the mill chamber through the screw conveyor, where it is sheared and ground by the rapidly rotating blades. The powder enters the classification chamber through the guide ring. When the grading wheel rotates, both air and centrifugal force act on the powder. The particles with a particle size larger than the critical diameter (classified particle diameter) have a larger mass and are thrown back into the mill chamber to be crushed again. The particles with a particle size smaller than the critical diameter enter the cyclone separator and dust box.
