Working method:

The materials are sent to the air inlet bypass duct by the feeding device controlled by the frequency converter, and then pneumatically transported to the classifier. The coarse material rejected by the classifier falls into the grinding area between the rotor hammer and the surrounding grinding track. The particle size will not decrease until the particle is fine enough to be picked up by the air flow in the mill and presented to the classifier again. This internal recirculation is repeated until the material is fine enough to pass through the classifier and leave the air classifier. The product is separated from the delivered air in the filter. The product is discharged through the rotary valve, and the clean air enters the system fan and atmosphere through the filter element.
